<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vehicle with an ECT error from colliding with the prevention bar of a start controller at the exist of a lane. <P>SOLUTION: This smart antenna parallel use type ETC system includes: a road side antenna ANT for ETC processing; vehicle detecting devices S1, S2 and S4; smart plate reading devices R1, R2 and R4; a start controller SB3 having a prevention bar 16; and a lane controller SB1. The lane controller SB1 decides whether or not a detected object is a vehicle and whether or not the speed of the vehicle exceeds a predetermined speed at each location by using smart plate information read by the smart plate reading devices R1, R2 and R4 and the detection information of the vehicle detecting devices S1, S2 and S4, and when the vehicle information of the vehicle exceeding a predetermined speed is read by the smart plate reading device R4, the prevention bar 16 of the start controller SB3 is made to perform an "open" operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
