PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing for electronic apparatus in which wiring through a wiring opening formed in a fixed surface to the housing for electronic apparatus can be carried out while concealing the wiring opening and thereby the appearance can be enhanced. SOLUTION: In the housing 1 for electronic apparatus where the back 2a of a rectangular parallelepiped case 2 serves as a fixing surface and the connecting ports 5a of various connectors 5 are provided in one side face 2b of the case 2, a recessed wiring inserting portion 6 is formed continuously to the back 2a of the case 2 and the side face 2b having the connecting ports 5a of various connectors 5. When wiring is carried out through a wiring opening formed in a fixed surface, the wiring inserting portion 6 of the housing 1 for electronic apparatus is secured while being matched to the wiring opening, and then the wiring is inserted into the wiring inserting portion 6 and connected with the connectors 5 of the housing 1 for electronic apparatus.
