PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection sleeve capable of simplifying connection work. SOLUTION: A conductive adhesive 72 is filled into an insertion hole 70a formed at a cylindrical sleeve body 70. The pasty conductive adhesive adheres metal to metal. Respective end faces of the sleeve body are covered by covering bodies 74. An epoxy-group or acrylic-group adhesive having tensile rupture strength higher than a regulated value is used as the conductive adhesive. Although a quick-dry type adhesive is preferable, the adhesive may be the one whose strength reaches the tensile rupture strength of a prescribed value after 20 to 30 minutes of curing. When a sleeve 80 for low pressure is used, the cover at one side is removed, and a core wire of an electric cable is inserted into the insertion hole, and the other core wire is inserted into the insertion hole at the other side. By the insertion, the conductive adhesive is filled between the outer surface of the core wire and the insertion hole without leaving any space. After a prescribed period of time after insertion, a conductive agent is cured and the tensile rupture strength same as a specification is obtained. After a prescribed period of time, taping treatment is applied on the sleeve including the connection sleeve for a low temperature by an insulation tape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
