摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element with high brightness and low drive voltage with the use of both a fluorescent material and a phosphorescent material. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element is provided with an anode and a cathode on a support substrate as well as an organic compound layer between the anode and the cathode containing at least three luminescent layers with different light-emitting wavelengths having a light-emitting maximum at each region of emission spectrum of 440 nm to 480 nm (hereinafter called a blue region), 500 nm to 540 nm (hereinafter called a green region), and 600 nm to 640 nm (hereinafter called a red region), of which, a main emitter contained in at least one layer is phosphorescent, a main emitter contained in at least one luminescent layer in the blue region is fluorescent, and a main emitter contained in a luminescent layer of the largest film thickness is phosphorescent.
