PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper for effectively reducing a vibration level in a wide frequency band. SOLUTION: The dynamic damper comprises a pair of L-type brackets 1, 1 dividedly formed in two as installation members oppositely placed at an interval between them, two square members 2, 2 placed in series between the pair of L-type brackets 1, 1, two leaf-spring members 3, 3 placed between the two square members 2, 2 so as to joint the opposing ends of the square members 2, 2, and rubber mounts 4, 4 attached respectively to the L-type brackets 1, 1 to elastically support the respective ends of the square members 2, 2. The two leaf-spring members 3, 3 are placed so that the direction where one leaf spring member 3 has the lowest degree of rigidity and the direction where the other leaf spring member 3 has the lowest degree of rigidity are different at 90°from each other on the plane orthogonal to the direction jointing both the square members 2, 2.
