PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaking and sorting device of a threshing machine mounted on a combine harvester or a harvester, capable of increasing an amount of grains recovered from a treated material discharged from an outlet of a threshing chamber or an outlet of a discharged dust treating chamber. SOLUTION: This shaking and sorting device of a threshing device is used so that the treated material discharged from the threshing chamber 1 is received by a shaking and sorting shelf 2 and sorted while being shaken and transported, wherein a straw rack 3 which is formed by horizontally arranging tabular bodies 3a in parallel is positioned at a transfer ending part of the shaking and sorting shelf 2, and further a dust discharging rack 5 which receives the treated material discharged from a terminal end of the threshing chamber 1 and is formed by horizontally arranging tabular bodies 5a in parallel is positioned, when a terminal end of a discharged dust treating chamber 4, or only the threshing chamber 1, is positioned over the straw rack 3, so that a pitch P1 between the tabular bodies 5a arranged in parallel of the dust discharging rack 5 is made to be wider than a pitch P2 between the tabular bodies 3a arranged in parallel of the straw rack 3.
