A wipe (10) includes a substrate (18) with a pouch (32) configured on an application side thereof . An access opening (33) is provided into an internal space of the pouch (32) . A composition delivered by the wipe (10) upon use of the wipe is stored in a container (34) that is inserted into the pouch (32) through the access opening (33) . Upon use of the wipe (10) , the container (34) within the pouch (32) releases the composition, which is delivered through the pouch (32) for application by the wipe (10) .
