A light emitting device is provided to improve a light emissive efficiency and a heat radiating capability by using a main heat radiating body and a light condensing member. A light emitting device comprises a light emitting device unit, a main heat radiating body, a light condensing member and a lower plate. The light emitting device unit(110) includes a heat radiating main substrate with a first holding groove, a plurality of insulating beads in a bottom of the first holding groove, lead pins for penetrating into the insulating beads, and at least one light emitting device chip electrically connected with lead pins. The main heat radiating body(150) includes lead pin penetrating holes for inserting the lead pins and a driving circuit substrate for being connected with the lead pins. The light condensing member(170) is connected to an upper portion of the main heat radiating body to enclose the light emitting device unit. The light condensing member is capable of condensing the light emitted from the light emitting device unit. The lower plate(180) is connected to a lower portion of the main heat radiating body.
