A battery management system is provided to measure a pack current stably and accurately, by using a current sensor to measure a current using a magnetic field with low temperature influence and then output the current. A current sensor(3) is connected to an output port of a battery and outputs a current signal by measuring a pack current of the battery. A current voltage conversion part(141) converts the current signal outputted from the current sensor into a voltage signal. A noise removal part(142) receives the voltage signal from the current voltage conversion part and then removes noises included in the voltage signal. An inversion amplification part(143) inverts and amplifies the voltage signal whose noise is removed from the noise removal part.
