Provided are a beverage composition containing a sprout vegetable fermented solution which is rich in vitamins, enzymes and various amino acids and promotes metabolism, and its preparation method. The beverage composition comprises 5-25 wt% of a sprout vegetable fermented solution. The sprout vegetable fermented solution is prepared by fermenting at least one selected from the group consisting of a broccoli sprout, an alfalfa sprout, a radish sprout, a red cabbage sprout, a vitamin sprout, a Chinese cabbage sprout, a buckwheat sprout, a wheat sprout, a corn sprout, a mung bean sprout, a mustard sprout, a sprout of Brassica juncea Czern. var. Laciniata Makino, a sprout of Brassica campestris var. chinensis, and a sunflower sprout.
