A food storage vacuum container is provided to facilitate assembling and combining by the simple structure of a casing, a placing table, and a cover having a locker, thereby improving convenience for home use. The food storage vacuum container(100) is composed of a casing(10) having a case-shaped food receiving part(14) opened upward and an engaging flange(16) continuously protruded along the upper side of the food receiving part; a placing table(20) detachably assembled in the food receiving part to place food stuffs to be stored, on the upside and provided with slots(22) vertically and horizontally arranged on the surface at regular intervals; and a cover(30) engaged with the engaging flange of the casing so as to seal the opened food receiving part. Lockers(31) are installed at both sides of the cover, operated by a hinge(35), and engaged with the casing so as to close up or open the inside of the casing. A check valve(40) is installed on the upside of the cover to pass suction force and keep a vacuum state. An annular period checker(50) surrounding the check valve is inserted and fixed to the upside of the cover.
