PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a final adjustment value by user's operation and to accurately perform adjustment, for example, according to user's taste.

SOLUTION: An adjustment value s of spatial resolution and an adjustment value z of time resolution are output to a testing terminal 17 without restriction. The adjustment values s and z are changed with user's adjustment operation. An acquiring device 27 acquires the final adjustment value in series of adjustment of the adjustment values s and z, from the adjustment values s and z which are output to the testing terminal 17 and sends them to a storing device 29. The storing device 29 stores the final adjustment value of each of series of adjustment. A sensor 28 acquires environment information surrounding the user and send it to the storing device 29. The storing device 29 stores the environment information by relating it to the final adjustment value.
