<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion conductor capable of presenting excellent ion conductivity and proton conductivity even if it is solidified in the form of a film; and to provide an energy device and a fuel cell using it. <P>SOLUTION: In this ion conductor, a polymer having a functional group representing basicity in each side chain and an electrolyte containing a cation constituent and an anion constituent coexist. The basic functional group has a structure containing a heteroatom having -NR<SB>2</SB>(R: H or an alkyl group) or an unshared electron pair. The cation constituent and the anion constituent are each molecular. The basic functional group is equivalent to a derivative derived from a molecular cation. Each carrier ion is a proton. A molar fraction is greater than 0.5 and not greater than 0.9. This energy device is provided with a structure part formed by sandwiching the ion conductor between electrodes. This fuel cell uses the ion conductor for a solid electrolyte and is composed by sandwiching it between electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
