<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming switch which can operate without requiring power and is used for adjusting electric characteristics of an electronic element. <P>SOLUTION: In this trimming switch, a first terminal 108 of a capacitor 107, a gate terminal 117 of a reading transistor 101 and a second terminal 106 of a capacitor 104 are connected to form an electric charge storage section 122. Since trimming setting is read depending on the quantity of charges stored in the charge storage section 122 and a conduction state between a source terminal 103 of the reading transistor 101 and a drain terminal 102 thereof changes, turning on/off of the trimming element 119 can be performed without using power. Accordingly, since trimming setting performed so as to oscillate with a radio wave becomes effective at a time of start, a non-contact IC can be rapidly activated. Further, this trimming switch can solve a problem that when a circuit trimmed so as to oscillate with a radio wave receives power to be provided in a form of a radio wave in a case of the non-contact IC etc., trimming setting cannot be read if a trimming switch requiring power to read the trimming setting is used and an oscillation condition is not satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
