<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnet device which is easily manufactured and is stabilized in performance. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnet device 1 comprises: a plunger P which is configured by overlapping, in the direction of thickness, a plurality of magnetic plates 10-12 each formed by punching from a plate made of magnetic material; an armature block BL comprised of a pair of armatures 20, 21 attached to both left and right terminals of the plunger P, respectively to bundle the three magnetic plates 10-12; a yoke 5 surrounding the armature block BL while having portions facing the pair of armatures 20, 21, respectively from side to side of the plunger P; an electromagnet block CB which electrifies a coil L to adsorb, to the yoke 5, any one of the armatures 20, 21 of the armature block BL; and permanent magnets 60, 61 for maintaining a state in which any one of the armatures 20, 21 is sucked onto the yoke 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
