<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing cells and promoting cell growth inexpensively, safely and efficiently using a medium allowing growth of cultured cells to promote and cell growth materials when substances are produced using cultured cells in vitro. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method for proliferating cells by adding a stabilizer for cell growth factor comprising polyphosphoric acid to a medium for animal and plant cells, or by adding or coating the stabilizer to a glass or plastic vessel for cell culture. The stabilizer for cell growth factor comprising polyphosphoric acid and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the stabilizer have also tissue repair promoting ability and are available for the promotion of external wound or burn healing, the treatment of periodontal diseases and healing promotion after operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
