<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste composed of nano-scale powder and a dispersing agent, effective for avoiding reaggregation of particles in the paste and reducing or completely inhibiting the environmental pollution with volatile organic component (VOC), having high filling degree and exhibiting sufficient storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: The paste contains at least one kind of nano-scale powder as a solid phase and at least one kind of dispersing agent as a liquid phase. The amount of the nano-scale powder is 30-95 mass% and that of the liquid phase is≥5 mass% based on the total amount of the paste, the paste has a water content of <3 mass% and the liquid phase has a VOC content of <10 g/L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
