PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a Miller capacitance circuit that has a wide input range, can increase the capacity in a small area, and is suitable for realizing integrated circuit. SOLUTION: The Miller capacity circuit has a comparator 3, and a voltage recovery circuit 2. The comparator 3 compares the output voltage of an inverting amplifier for constituting a Miller capacitance 1 with the maximum and minimum values in the voltage range of the output voltage. The voltage recovery circuit 2 discharges the charge of capacity, provided in between the input and output of the Miller capacitance 1 for setting the output voltage of the inversion amplifier to a prescribed voltage value between the minimum and maximum values, when the minimum and maximum values are reached from the output of the comparator 3; sustains the input voltage of the inverting amplifier at this point of time; and supplies the sustained voltage to the input of the inverting amplifier for stopping a function as the Miller capacitance 1 of the circuit. After the setting of the output voltage is finished, the supply of the holding voltage to the input of the inverting amplifier is stopped for restarting the function as the Miller capacitance to repeat the series of operation.
