PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet discharge head capable of replacing efficiently liquid discharged from the same nozzle; and to provide a droplet discharge method using it. SOLUTION: This droplet discharge head equipped with a nozzle, a pressurizing chamber, a liquid storage part and a passage includes a body wherein the nozzle is formed on the first main surface 12 and the passage is opened to the second main surface opposite to the first main surface, and a substrate 30 wherein two or more through holes used as two or more liquid storage parts are formed. In the droplet discharge head, the substrate 30 is laminated on the second main surface of the body 20 and has a constitution slidable with respect to the body, and the liquid storage part connected to the pressurizing chamber and the nozzle can be changed by changing from the state where one through hole is communicated with the passage to the state where another through hole is communicated with the passage by sliding the substrate with respect to the body.
