PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage flux flaw detection device capable of performing flaw detection accurately with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This leakage flux flaw detection device 100 is equipped with a magnetizer 1 for magnetizing an object S for flaw detection, and a plurality of sensor modules 2 arranged in parallel respectively in the magnetizer 1. Each sensor module 2 is equipped with the first substrate 21 where a magnetometric sensor 211 is arranged, and is constituted independently movably approximately in the vertical direction to the surface of the object S for flaw detection so as to follow in the contact state with the surface of the object S for flaw detection. As a preferable constitution, the sensor module 2 is equipped with the second substrate 22 where a signal processing circuit for processing an output signal from the magnetometric sensor 211 is arranged, and the first substrate 21 is connected to the second substrate 22 with solder.
