OSCILLATING DEVICE, ELECTRIC HEATER, AND METHOD OF CONNECTING WIRING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating device capable of effectively preventing disconnections even if a cord is moved by oscillation; an electric heater; and a method of connecting wiring. SOLUTION: The electric heater includes a heater body, a stand base, a motor oscillating mechanism, and a harness 40. The heater body and the stand base are rotated while kept electrically connected to each other whereby their relative positions are changed. The motor oscillating mechanism performs oscillations to change the relative positions of a first point P1 on the heater body and a second point P2 on the stand base. The harness 40 is bound at the first point P1 and supported at the second point P2. The harness 40 is positioned so that the bending R of the harness 40 at a first bending point C1 and a second bending point C2 is not less than eight times the diameter of the harness 40 during the series of oscillations.
