PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device capable of performing high quality and stable recording without an image irregularity by maintaining the temperature within a head constant and uniforming the temperature distribution. SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording device which includes a recording head constituted of a plurality of arranged nozzles for ejecting ink droplets and of electric heat conversion elements provided inside the nozzles, and an electric signal application means which controls the waveform of the electric signal to be applied to the electric heat conversion elements to adjust the ejection quantity of respective nozzles, the nozzles to be noted and the ejection history of the peripheral nozzles are referred to apply the electric signal other than the electric signals for ejection using the electric signal application means.
