PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generator capable of generating electric power even when physical quantity corresponding to quantity of energy of wind power energy is small. SOLUTION: In this wind power generator 500, wind power energy is received by a wind mill 300 and is converted into rotary movement energy. The rotary movement energy is transmitted to a shaft 400 so that a rotor 110 fixed to the shaft 400 performs rotary movement.
