PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling module capable of positioning with a simple construction when assembling a heat exchanger to a shroud. SOLUTION: The cooling module comprises a radiator 1 for exchanging heat between passing air and a heat medium and the shroud 4 for guiding an air flow passing through the radiator 1, wherein the shroud 4 has a first shroud portion 41 and a second shroud portion 42 and is constructed so that the radiator 1 is assembled to the second shroud portion 42 and then the first shroud portion 41 is assembled to the second shroud portion 42. Either one of the radiator 1 and the second shroud portion 42 is provided with protrusions 121 which protrude toward the other and extend in a radiator assembly direction in which the radiator 1 is assembled to the second shroud portion 42, and the other of the radiator 1 and the second shroud portion 42 is formed with fitting portions 14, 44 in which the projections 121 are fitted.
