PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-valve capable of improving pressure resistance, reducing an installation area, flow passage volume and dead volume, and controlling the valve smoothly. SOLUTION: The micro-valve 100 is provided with a resin block 102 having the flow passage 101 of a fluid sample, a resin block 103 of which the top surface 103a abuts on the bottom surface 102a of the resin block 102, A pipe 105 inserted into the resin block 102 and having a pipe communicating opening 104 communicating with the flow passage 101 on the side surface, a tube 107 rotatably inserted into the resin blocks 102, 103 through the pipe 105 and having a tube communicating opening 106 communicating with the flow passage 101 on the side surface, a tube 108 inserted into the resin block 102 and connecting the tube 107 on the abutting surface 110 formed in the resin block 103, and a tube 109 of which the one end side is inserted into the flow passage 101 in the resin block 102.
