PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter assembly system of a pouch for an artificial anus in which a filter is protected from being exposed to moisture or feces by a micro-cellular membrane which can be welded to the pouch. SOLUTION: The pouch for the artificial anus includes a body side film or a panel 2 and a non-body side film or a panel 4, both the films are welded together to form the pouch. Both the films 2 and 4 are preferably a multi-layer EVA (ethylene/vinyl acetate) film ordinarily used in the pouch for the artificial anus. A filter assembly is installed in the non-body side film 4 inside the pouch. The body side film 2 has couplings 6 attached directly or indirectly to the body of a wearing person respectively as a system for the one-piece or two-piece artificial anus, and includes a splicing film 12 which joins a micro-cellular multiple membrane to the non-body side film 4 inside the micro-cellular multiple membrane 8, the filter 10, and the pouch.
