PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information exchange device suitable for motivating a user to continue exercising. SOLUTION: The device includes: a physical information measuring part 11 for measuring physical information of the user; a script performing part 14 for performing the script of a content based on the physical information; a radio communication part 17 for exchanging data with an opposite machine; and a display part 18. When the opposite machine exists in a communicable range, the radio communication part 17 performs connection to the opposite machine and exchanges the script with the connected opposite machine. The script performing part 14 performs the script received by the exchange. Then the performance result of the script is transmitted to the opposite machine which transmits the script.
