Heat insulating system consists of flat foamed material comprising insulating unit whereby surface of the insulating element (12) pointing to building interior exhibit heat radiation reflecting layer (20) and the surface of the insulating unit pointing to the building exterior exhibit heat radiation reflecting layer (21). The heat radiation reflecting layers are so arranged that humidity diffusion is favored to the building exterior.
