The device has a control device (12) to keep an inlet valve (20) open for cleaning fluid, and to keep an inlet valve (34) closed for compressed air and a fluid outlet valve arrangement (26) during fluid filling phase, so that a defined quantity of cleaning fluid is flowed by gravitation force from reservoirs (18, 18-2, 18-3) to surge tanks (14, 14-2, 14-3). The control device keeps the valve (20) closed, and the valve (34) open during a fluid delivery phase, so that the fluid ejects out from the surge tank to the fluid outlet valve arrangement through its fluid outlet (22).
