A packing module and a packing assembly having the same are provided to reduce the packing cost by stacking a lot of display modules in one packing assembly and to prevent breakage of the display modules by stably fixing the display modules in the packing module using a fixing member. The packing module is composed of a placing part(120) for horizontally arranging at least one display module; a rim part(110) for surrounding the placing part; and a fixing member disposed between the display module and the placing part. The placing part has a first stepped face(121) on which the display module is settled, a connecting face(122) extended upward at the first stepped face, and a second stepped face(123) extended from the connecting face. Plural projections(121a) are formed on the first stepped face.
