An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a contact resistance between electrode layers by forming a transparent electrode layer on the metal electrode with a low roughness. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(300), a display unit, and a wiring unit. The display unit is formed on the substrate and contains gate, source, and drain electrodes. The wiring unit is formed on the substrate and delivers an electrical signal to the display unit. The wiring unit includes a wiring terminal(324). A transparent metal layer(325) is formed on the metal terminal(323) which is laminated in a predetermined shape. A predetermined portion of the transparent metal layer is exposed to the outside. The transparent metal layer is an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) or an IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide).
