The present invention disclosed a method for configuring Frequency resource of the Multi-frequency cell and reporting the frequency information, which including the following process: the RNC configures a frequency process module ID in Node B for each frequency, then the Node B allocates a frequency process module for each frequency based on said frequency process module ID received; and the RNC configures a frequency process module ID for each added assistant frequency, then the Node B allocates a frequency process module for each frequency based on the received frequency process module ID ; the audit response message that the Node B send to RNC contains one or more resource state information module of the frequency process module, and each resource state information module contains ID of the frequency process module that corresponds to the information module; the resource state indicating message that the Node B send to RNC contains one or more resource state information module of the frequency process module, and each resource state information module (1) contains ID of the frequency process module that corresponds to the information module. The present invention can realize the report of the frequency resource arrangement and frequency resource state information during the cell establishment, cell re-arrangement, resource indication and audit response. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007
