<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work light of a thin thickness which can be inserted into a narrow gap. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of chip LEDs are placed on a strip base plate to make a pseudo-plane luminance and an entire surface is covered by a thin material to make a work light, and the work light can be inserted into a narrow gap to widely irradiate the inside.
