<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-oxidative substance having an improved flavor and an excellent anti-oxidative activity from Morinda citrifolia L. fruits. <P>SOLUTION: This anti-oxidative substance is obtained by extracting the roasted product of Morinda citrifolia L. fruits.
