<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubbing resistant capacity inspection method of a surface film which accurately and quantitatively inspects the rubbing resistant capacity of the surface film. <P>SOLUTION: An antireflection film is rubbed using a rubbing tester according to an eraser rubbing method and a steel wool method to form a sample. Fluorescent lamps 12 and 13 are lighted to photograph the sample 6 set on a sample stand 5 so as to contain a rubbing part (S11). A PC 20 is constituted so as to perform brightness density converting software to convert the brightness of the photographed image to density (S12). The quantitative value of the average density difference between a rubbed bright part and a non-rubbed non-bright part is calculated on the basis of the converted density (S13). A range not leaving a rubbing mark, that is, causing no practical problem is preliminarily calculated and the rubbing resistant capacity of the antireflection film is evaluated depending upon whether the calculated quantitative value is present within the resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
