PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely perform a text mining even when an inputted text includes errors.

SOLUTION: This text mining device is provided with: a candidate development characteristic information extracting part 40 for developing an ambiguous part into possible candidates for a text including one or more ambiguous parts, and for extracting characteristic information from the developed text; and a characteristic information correcting part 50 for sorting the extracted characteristic information into each of the groups of related terms and selecting the combination of the candidates of the ambiguous parts of the text so that total amounts showing the degree of the characteristic information can be maximized afterwards.
