<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional technique for recording and reproducing a content to and from a medium while considering the copyright protection of the content, in which each recording medium must be provided with different identification information, this forces a user's labor of purchasing and using a recording medium with specially assigned identification information for this technique, and assignment management of identification information must be performed for each recording medium since each recording medium cannot obviously have two or more pieces of identification information in a narrow sense. <P>SOLUTION: In this content recording and reproduction technique, encryption of a content is performed using time information and equipment unique identification information as a key without depending on identification information of a recording medium, whereby the copyright of the content can be protected to prevent illicit copies thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
