<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink that suffers from no elution of coloring agents even when soaked with water or hot water when printed on various kinds of foods, materials brought into contact with foods, packaging materials for foods, or the like and therefore gives no disgusting appearances, and printed foods, packaging materials or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The ink for foods and food-packaging comprises porous silicon dioxide having an average particle size of 1-20μm, an edible colorant, a resin addible to foods, and ethanol. In the ink, the porous silicon dioxide has an average particle size of 1-7μm, contains at least 99.0 wt.% of SiO<SB>2</SB>, at most 20μg/g of heavy metals, at most 2.0μg/g of arsenic and at most 0.20 wt.% of water-soluble and has a BET specific surface area of 200-800 m<SP>2</SP>/g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
