摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device which electrically connects, for example, a pixel electrode formed on the uppermost layer of a TFT array substrate to a line formed on the under layer side, and is provided with the pixel electrode having a flat shape, to provide a manufacturing method of the electrooptical device, to provide a connection structure which reliably performs electrical connection of lines respectively formed on the above layer side and the under layer side, and also to provide electronic equipment provided with the electrooptical device. SOLUTION: A fourth interlayer insulation film 44 is formed so as to cover a third relay electrode 402 therewith and to have a film thickness larger than the height of a protrusion part 201 and, thereafter, is flattened such that an extension part 402c extended to the upper surface of the protrusion part 201 among the third relay electrode 402 is exposed.
