PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communications system for train that can surely ensure proper communication state, even in a scene where many sources of external radio interferences exist. SOLUTION: The radio communications system 1 for train comprises an antenna 3 for stations along the line and a leakage coaxial cable 5 performing transmission/reception with a train located in the station yard 21, and a switch 7 for performing transmission/reception by selecting the antenna or the cable, having the better sensitivity. The leakage coaxial cable is laid on the roof 29 of the platform 25 of station and directed toward an antenna 35 installed on the roof of the train 31. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
