PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier apparatus using amplifiers for amplifying a signal and realizing stable amplification. SOLUTION: The amplifier apparatus includes: the amplifiers 1, 3, 4 for amplifying the signal; information detection means 11 to 16 provided on each of the amplifiers and for detecting information of an inputted signal and information of an outputted signal; a temperature detection means 32 for detecting a temperature; a condition setting means 31 for setting a condition applied to results of the detection by the information detection means by each temperature; and a control means 34 for controlling a gate voltage of one or more of the amplifiers so that the results of the detection by the information detection means satisfy or are close to the conditions set by the condition setting means and corresponding to the temperature.
