PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure, and facilitate a fitting work, thereby reducing cost. SOLUTION: The structure comprises a latch piece 11 formed in a case 10, a cylindrical clip body 1 formed with a latching part 6 which restores after the latch piece 11 is bent for latching, a plurality of notch holes 4 formed to project from a circle hole 3 formed in a printed wiring board 2 to an outside, and a protrusion 8 which is formed to project from a frame 7 to be fit to the circle hole 3 formed in the bottom of the clip body 1 to an outside and passes through the notch hole 4. After the frame 7 and the protrusion 8 are fit to the circle hole 3 and the notch hole 4, the clip body 1 is turned, so that the protrusion 8 is slid from the backside of the notch hole 4 of the printed wiring board 2 to support the printed wiring board 2 from below.
