PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler applied with a bent structure of a flow-path constituting pipe for efficiently reducing pressure loss at a bent of the pipe without expanding the bent of the pipe constituting a flow path towards an outer peripheral side. SOLUTION: A cross-sectional shape of a circularly bent pipe portion 13a is an almost rice-ball shape which is formed by respectively expanding the cross-sectional outer shape of the circularly bent pipeportion 13a on both sides orthogonal to a bending direction of the circularly bent pipe portion 13a about points Q2, Q2, which are further offset by predetermined widths W2, W2 respectively on both sides orthogonal to the bending direction of the circularly bent pipe portion 13a from a point offset by a predetermined width W1 on a bend outer peripheral side of the circularly bent pipe portion 13a from a center Q1 of a circle of a straight first pipe 13a and a straight second pipe 13c along an almost arc having a radius R2 of a value which is smaller than a value after subscribing the offset amount W1 toward the bent outer peripheral side from a radius R1 of both pipe portions 13a, 13c.
