PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silent side-ditch of excellent work efficiency, reliability and durability hardly causing dislocation because a cover body can be easily positioned and held into a predetermined position only by covering a side-ditch body with the cover body, positively preventing the mutual contact between the cover body and the side-ditch and between the cover bodies, causing neither noise nor damage of the cover body even if vehicles or the like pass. SOLUTION: The silent side-ditch made of concrete covering the upper face of a cover fitting part of the side-ditch body with the cover body to close the inside of the ditch comprises an embedded part embedded on the upper face side of the cover fitting part of the side-ditch body, and an elastic projecting part extended or disposed from the embedded part and projected from the upper face of the cover fitting part.
