PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and to simplify fastening work by the combined use of a fastening means for fastening a connecting body (corresponding to a connecting piece) to both connection parts (corresponding to both end face fittings) to connect both connection parts to each other by the connecting body. SOLUTION: This pile connecting structure comprises the connection parts 3 provided at the mutual facing ends of both divided piles adjacent to each other; the connecting body 10 mounted to the outer peripheries of the connection parts 3 of both divided piles; and the fastening means M fastening the connecting body 10 to both connection parts 3 to connect both connection parts 3 to each other by the connecting body 10. The fastening means M performs mutual connection between inside fastening members arranged at both connection parts 3, and outside fastening members arranged to hold the connecting body 10 between themselves and the inside fastening members. The inside fastening member comprises a locking ring fitted into an annular locking groove 9 formed at the outer peripheries of both connection parts 3 facing each other, and a plurality of internal threads 15 provided at the locking ring 13.
