PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally administrable preparation of sarpogrelate hydrochloride facilitating the administration by miniaturization. SOLUTION: The miniaturized orally administrable preparation of the sarpogrelate hydrochloride has a high content of≥40% of the sarpogrelate hydrochloride per preparation, and exhibits good manufacturability by suppressing tableting trouble.
