A receiving side bell sound changing service method using SVD(Simultaneous Voice and Data) is provided to enable a sender to randomly change a receiver's bell sound, thereby enabling various senders to create various events for receivers. An O_MSC(Originating Mobile Switching Center)(31) requests an O_HLR(Home Location Register)(41) to confirm a subscriber's service subscription information(S502), and demands information about the current position of a receiving terminal(3)(S504). A T(Terminated)_HLR(42) checks specification of the receiving terminal(3)(S505), and demands routing information to a T_MSC(32) if an SVD service is available(S508). The T_MSC(32) provides a TLDN(Temporary Local Directory Number) to the T_HLR(42)(S509), and the T_HLR(42) delivers the TLDN to the O_MSC(31)(S510). The T_MSC(32) allocates a voice channel with the receiving terminal(3)(S512), and transmits a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) request message to the T_HLR(42)(S513). The T_MSC(42) receiving URL information generates an AWI(Alert With Information) message to transmit the message to the receiving terminal(3)(S517). The receiving terminal(3) outputs a preset receiving bell sound source(S518), and perceives that the AWI message is a message for changing an alerting-related receiving bell sound(S519). The receiving terminal(3) perceives a URL recorded in a field of the AWI message(S520), and demands a sound source to a sound source providing server(71)(S521). The receiving terminal(3) reproduces the downloaded sound source, and outputs the reproduced sound source as a bell sound(S523).
