A dubbing service system through a mobile communication network and a method thereof are provided to lead to interesting communications between mobile subscribers by dubbing a user's voice or a synthesized voice of desired user's lines in multimedia contents and making them transmitted and received between users. A dubbing service system(100) is comprised of a contents management part(110), a dubbing processing part(130), a voice synthesis part(150), and a dubbing moving picture file transmission part(170). The contents management part(110) collects moving picture contents for dubbing from a broadcasting center(50), an Internet broadcasting service server(70), a contents providing server(80), etc., and stores/manages them through a contents database(111). The dubbing processing part(130) provides a list of contents, stored in the contents database(111), to a mobile terminal. If specific contents are selected from the mobile terminal, the dubbing processing part(130) dubs the user's direct voice or a voice, obtained by synthesizing a text inputted by a user, in an appointed portion of the selected contents and creates a dubbing moving picture file. The voice synthesis part(150) executes voice synthesis on the text, inputted by the user and transferred from the dubbing processing part(130), and provides the synthesized voice to the dubbing processing part(130). The dubbing moving picture file transmission part(170) receives a mobile phone number from the mobile terminal, which has requested creation of the dubbing moving picture file, and transmits the dubbing moving picture file to a mobile terminal of the received number.
