A service limited subscriber management method in a packet data network is provided to be capable of storing information on a subscriber whose service limit is exceeded, in an AN-AAA(Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting) server and a home DLR(Data Location Register), and of preventing a call processing procedure from being progressed up to an SCP(Service Control Point) when the subscriber attempts a call, thus network loads are reduced. An SCP transmits information on a subscriber whose service limit is exceeded, to an AN-AAA server(S101). The AN-AAA server stores the transmitted information on the subscriber in a DB, and transmits the stored information on the subscriber to a home DLR(S102-S104). The home DLR updates an exceeded service limit information storage field of the corresponding subscriber(S105). The home DLR transmits a session information deletion command to a DLR, so that a session of the subscriber is deleted(S106-S108).
