A display device using static and dynamic images is provided to form a large dynamic/static complex display at low cost by using a display unit for displaying the dynamic image and light panels for displaying the static image, which are installed on the left and right sides of the display unit. A display device using static and dynamic images is composed of a case(10) having a center frame(11) having an opening part(12) of a predetermined size and auxiliary frames(15) combined with the center frame on at least one of the left and right sides and upper end of the center frame; a display unit(20) displaying the dynamic image by exposing a screen to the front side through the opening part of the center frame; and light panels(30,40) installed on the auxiliary frames to display the static image. The light panel comprises a panel frame fixedly coupled to the auxiliary frame; a light guide plate disposed in the panel frame to irregularly reflect the source light incident through the lateral side to the front side by a fine intaglio pattern formed on the rear surface; and film fixing members(32-1,32-2,32-3,32-4) pivotably coupled to the panel frame to fix and release the static image.
